Returns & Refunds / Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only if the Water Currification Device is found to be damaged, defective, or malfunctioning due to transit issues. To request an exchange or refund, please email us at fusionxplus2025@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Make sure to include your order number, customer name, shipping address, delivery date, and a clear description of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will complete the resolution within 7 business days.
If a replacement is required, a new unit will be dispatched; otherwise, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Important
A continuous unboxing video showing the opening of the package is mandatory to claim any damage or defect.Please ensure the video is clear, uninterrupted, and without pauses or edits.Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
How Will I Get a Refund for My Cancelled Orders and How Long Will It Take?
Refunds for approved cancellations will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days. If you paid online, the refund will reflect in your bank statement or payment wallet within this time frame.
The replacement or exchange product will be delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of approval and confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.A cancellation fee of ₹50/- may apply for orders cancelled before dispatch.Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
